2009 Snack Shack Shift Schedule

Your team is only responsible to work in the snack shack if your game is on Field #2 (field closest to snack shack)

 

DO NOT Schedule parents to work in the Snack Shack if you are playing on Field #1

 

NOTE:  You must note whether or not your team is the Home team for the 11:00 or 1:00 Sat. games.  If you are the Home team for either of those game times you will need to schedule a second person from your team.  If you are the Visiting team for the 11:00 or 1:00 game you will schedule the standard one  parent from your team. 

 

The goal is to have 3 parents working during our busiest hours of 12:00 – 2:00

 

Saturday Games

9:00 game:  One Parent from each team (two parents total will be working in SS)

One Shift 8:20 – 11:00

or

Shared Shift  8:20 – 9:40  /  9:40 – 11:00

 

11:00 Game: One Parent from both teams , plus 1 additional parent from the Home Team

One Shift 10:45 – 1:00

or

Shared Shift 10:45 – 12:00 / 12:00 – 1:00

 

1:00 Game:  One Parent from both teams , Plus 1 add’l parent from the Home Team

One Shift:  12:45 – 3:00

or

Shared Shift:  12:45 – 2:00 / 2:00 – 3:00

*  Second Parent from the Home Team will work: 1:00 – 2:00

 

3:00 Game:  One Parent from each team (two parents total will be working in SS)

One Shift:  2:45 – Approximately 5:30 or when closing procedures are completed

Or

Shared Shift:  2:45 – 4:00 / 4:00 – Approximately 5:30 or closing procedures are completed

 

5:30 Week Day Games

One Parent from each team

One Shift:  4:45 – Approx 7:30 or when closing procedures are completed

Or

Shared Shift:  4:45 – 6:15 / 6:00  - Approx 7:30 or closing procedures are completed

 

Instructional Division – Friday’s Only from 5:00 – 6:45 or upon completion of closing procedures at the end of your game.  One parent from both the Home and Visiting Team from Field #2 only.
